With practice, mindfulness can help you calm your nerves, see challenges in a new light, tap into your creativity, and improve your response to stress and anxiety.
Presented by Marsha J. Sipes, in this workshop she will guide you through a series of activities to bring focus and attention to the present moment as you explore the fundamentals of practicing mindfulness.
