As we practice yoga together during the Spring Equinox, we engage in the alchemy of love to enhance our experience of nurturance and empowerment. In this environment we will consider, what are you ready to balance in your life? In your body? In your heart and mind? For the first half of the workshop we will flow out of the inner dark into the afternoon light with a yoga practice that culminates in several forms of balance to harmonize love, work and play.
During the second half of the workshop we will open our consciousness to the fertility that is central to the energy of Spring Equinox. We will embody the desire to birth our dreams. Together we tap deeply into our individual and group consciousness to give expression to creation and transformation.
